JUNIOR AUXILIARY PROJECTS SHOULD...
♦ Meet a need.
♦ Fulfill the purposes of NAJA.
♦ Be carefully and imaginatively planned.
♦ Be clearly defined to gain acceptance.
♦ Be accompanied by job descriptions.
♦ Make the most of members’ abilities.
♦ Allow members to grow and develop.
♦ Be the Chapter's financial and administrative responsibility.
JUNIOR AUXILIARY MEMBERS SHOULD...
♦ Be educated about the community: its structure, its people, its needs.
♦ Be educated about all projects and the people they serve.
♦ Be professional at all times.
♦ Dress appropriately for all JA activities.
♦ Be prompt for all meetings and duties.
♦ Fulfill responsibilities...do what they say they will do!!!
♦ Insure the privacy of the child or family they help.
ASSOCIATE AND LIFE MEMBERS COULD….
♦ Be substitutes on projects.
♦ Develop a project of their own.
♦ Be extra manpower when needed on projects.
♦ Assist on a special or new project.
