JAL Project Chair/Co-chair,

Please us this notebook to keep all important information about your project. Any information you can provide will definitely help the next person in line. Once your project is finished/completed, please return this notebook to the Projects Chair.

Behind the first tab you should find may useful forms. First is a project report form that you must fill out about your project upon completion. This form helps the next chair know what was done the year before. Next is an evaluation form for you and your co-chair to fill out. This will help JAL evaluate this project for the next year. The last form is an evaluation for all members that work on that project. Again this will help JAL evaluate this project for the next year.

You will need to make copies of all these forms so that we can keep a hard copy in the notebooks at all times.

       Also in that section is a listing of the awards that projects may receive at the NAJA Annual Education Conference. If you are interested in nominating your project for one of these awards please let the Projects Chair know and she should be able to help you will all the information.

        The second tab marks the previous years’ information. Here you should find any information kept from past years. Feel free to use any of this that you may need, just replace it when you are finished.

        Remember, this is your project and you are the chair. You are in charge and make the decisions. We are all here to help if you need us! Keep all JAL members informed and make any announcements about your project at meetings.
